If you are a Lead, Single, Member or Sponsoring entity financial institution with a FATCA account,
this video will show you how to log into your account.
Log into your account from the Financial Institution Account User Login page
using the system generated FATCA ID you received when you created the account.
If you are a Member financial institution, you should have received your FATCA ID
from your Lead financial institution.
Under the section
"Existing User Login for Single, Lead, Member, or Sponsoring Entity,"
type in your FATCA ID.
If you have letters in your FATCA ID, enter them in uppercase.
Note that the letter O is not used in the FATCA ID.
If you are a Member Financial Institution, enter the complete 12 character FATCA ID,
including the period.
Enter your access code.
If you are a Member financial institution logging in for the first time, this will be the
temporary access code that you received from your lead.
Click the "Login" button.
If you are a returning user, after you successfully log in, you will be brought to your home page
where you can view account information and perform actions relating to your account.
If you are a Member logging in for the first time,
you will need to select and answer two challenge questions.
These will be used if you ever need to reset your access code.
Click the "Next" button to continue.
You will need to create your permanent access code that you will need each time
you log into your account.
Re-enter the access code. Click the Next button to continue.
After you have created your permanent access code,
the guidelines for the Financial Institution Registration
will be displayed.
For further information, there are additional videos on the Registration process.
This concludes the demonstration of how a Lead, Single, Member or Sponsoring Entity
financial institution logs into its FATCA account.
