Hi! Today I'm cooking my "One-Pot" soup at a friend's place.
I gave it that name because it only needs one pot to cook.
And here we have all of the ingredients. They cost about $10 or 8 Euros and it should only
take 20 minutes.
My friend already cooked the meat with lemon pepper and garlic powder.
Afterwards she added Old Bay and now we can heat it a little and then add the vegetables.
It isn't important which vegetable is first, here I have zucchini with Italian tomato sauce
and two cans of tomatoes, one with basil, garlic, and oregano. Both have no salt added.
If at the very least six people can eat from this they will have about 30% of their daily salt content.
We also have cut carrots, green beans, and chicken broth. It is already a little hot
and we have all of the vegetables and if one also wants more seasoning you can also use
Italian seasoning. I think my friend might add red pepper because she likes to eat really hot food.
And now we'll add chicken broth. It's not important how much - as much as one want,
but I don't want to use very much because I don't want it to be too salty.
Now I'll add about a can and a half of water, again because I don't want to have a lot of salt.
And then you can also use the seasonings from the can.
And then after the cans one only has to wait a few minutes until it's warm and then you can eat!
So enjoy your meal and bye!
