US vegan medical doctor offers healthy and enticing cookbook. American physician Dr.
Neal Barnard is also founder of the US-based Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine
(PCRM) and The Cancer Project, both nonprofit organizations dedicated to improving public
health primarily through the promotion of a vegan diet. As one of the nation’s most
