Hi! This is Richard Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf of Expert Village,
I am going to show you how to make a Rotisserie Chicken. Alright so today it is Rotisserie
Chicken. Hope you guys want to come up and cook. It's good for you. Maybe a lot of you
can't cook Rotisserie Chicken because you don't have a Rotisserie. I'm fortunate to
have a rotisserie here in my apartment here. It is a small apartment kitchen but I will
show you how I do it. It is a great investment if you want to make it. You are going to need
a chicken or some kind of stuff or even a turkey. Today we are doing chicken. I just
got this right at my supermarket. You can go to your butcher to get one. I'm sure there
are some fresh poultry places I could go in New York City and get a fresh chicken right
from the poultry place. What I like to do is do everything in the sink when cleaning
it because you don't want to get salmonella. You want to keep everything clean. Keep the
raw chicken away from as many places as you can. So what I do is I actually clean it all
right here and put it on my mount for the rotisserie and I'll season it even right in
the sink and put it right from sink to my rotisserie. When I get back, I am going to
show you how to pick a chicken and make sure it is fresh.
