Receipe for Crostolo of Urbania
Ingredients
Half this receipe to make a smaller amount
1 kg flour 2 tablespoons of extra *** olive oil
1 level tablespoon of pork lard 5 eggs
milk (enough to soften the dough)
Rest the mixture for 30 minutes,
then cut the dough into equal parts and roll into a balls
Roll out each ball until you have a circle
as large as a dinner plate Smear the lard on the circle of dough
Roll it up
Instead of lard, use extra *** olive oil for a lighter crostolo
Roll out flat again
Then place them on the barbeque.
Repeat this process
