The next dish we are going to show you is a traditional khinkali of Georgia. So many
people argue it's a Chinese dish or somebody else's, but that's not true. It's ours. It's
Georgian. Khinkalis are not expensive. They're actually very cheap. Most of the people from
Europe and all over the world are really envious that we have this type of good food here which
is not expensive. It takes a lot of time to make a khinkali but it tastes really good.
You have to know there is lots of juice in this khinkali. So the art of eating a khinkali
is not to spill any juice on the plate. So what you do is just bite the side here, just
like this and then you drink it like this. It's very tasty. The juice is the most precious
part of a khinkali so you should try not to spill any of this on the plate. Then you eat
the whole of it because there is lots of meat inside, lots of nice spices, and lots of good
ingredients. That's very good. Everytime you come to Georgia you have to try this and this
