Hi guys! This is Eva from Bay Harbour Med Spa. And today I'm going to talk to you about
acne. However, today I'm going to talk about some information that you don't know or I
don't have or we've never spoken about. But I have done quite intense research into the
condition of acne and I came up with some quite interesting answers and information
that I want to share with you because I believe it will be very beneficial for you guys out
there that suffer from acne. If it's you that suffer from acne, it is your sister, if it
is teenage acne, if adolescence acne, hormonal acne, anybody that suffers from acne, I'm
talking to you guys. And or parents, or grandparents of teenagers and children and people that
suffer from acne. I want you to take a pen and paper because I'm going to give you some
information and I want you to write it down. If you wish to act upon my notes that I will
give you. I will wait a second go and get a piece of paper and a pen, and I will give
you some information and I will dictate to you ingredients, supplements, that I think
you should at least give a try. To help your acne conditioned skin from the inside out.
As you know from the outside in is very important, but I always stress out to people that this
is only 50% of the road. I do half the treatment by letting you buy my acne products which
help to clean, exfoliate, detox, moisture your skin, however, there is also something
going internally in your body and your skin and I would like to share this information
with you. So it might be an eye opener for you guys. So I was talking now just generally
hoping you were able to go get a pen and paper. Got it? You have a pen and paper. Ok. So here
is what I'm going to say to you first of all: a lot of you that watch my videos know that
I am a big advocate of colon cleansing and I am always speaking about the subject. Even
though it's not so popular in the United States to talk about your bowel movements and not
so popular in the United States to ask directly if you went to the bathroom or how often you
go to the bathroom or if you are constipated- but believe you me, all of my dear listeners
out there. It is extremely, extremely important and this is the internal part we are going
to talk about. So first of all, if you understand if we understand what acne is- acne is an
inflammation that actually happens inside the body which progresses then to stages of
inflammation, of congestion of the skin, of breakouts, of infection, etc. etc, etc. However,
it is not only a condition of your skin on the outside. It is really something that starts
on the inside. And the debate is still ongoing and the debate is in the medical and nutritional
fields- the questions are always asked, is acne induced by hormones or is acne induced
by nutrition or diet or anything related to nutrition? From everything that I know I would
say both. Not one or not the other one but I would say both. You know the old saying
that goes you are what you eat? Well, it happens to be very true. But I'm going to give you
some suggestions, some revelations. I'm going to try to be very nonscientific so that you
guys understand why this is related and why these are causes that will create acne. So
I will read I made some notes because there is so much material, but I don't want to bore
you with everything. I want to for instance start with for instance, with food. One of
the things science is coming now to understand is that a high glycemic load diet, a diet
that has a high glycemic level, will create, or inspire, or stimulate acne production.
What I mean by that what foods, and this is why I say take a pen and paper and write it
down: bread, pasta, rice, sugar, and foods, any foods, that contain flour are all common
culprits for acne. Do you know why? What are you talking, Eva, how can flour, how can bread?
I tell you how. I happened to know a little about this. Because all this bread, pasta,
flour, sugar, creates sugar, it's converted in our body to sugar which then indeed produces
insulin and insulin is responsible for a growth factor, and I don't want to bore you, but
what physically happens is this: when you produce higher levels of insulin through all
the foods that I mentioned through starches, and through flour foods, pasta, rice, sugars,
anything made of bread, out of flour or out of starches such as rice, will raise your
sugar. If you were to take , let's say diabetics know about this, if you take your sugar before
you eat, then you take your sugar after you have foods made out of starches or out of
flour, out of starches and you take your sugar, and you don't need to take my word for it,
you will see that your sugar goes up. If you eat these products. Well they found a correlation
now that because your sugar goes up that sugar stimulates a hormone. And that hormone is
responsible for producing a male male hormone in the body. Why male hormones in females
and even in males in teenage years at a young age is bad is because it is produced artificially
and excessively. It's produced too much. When it's producing this male hormone in much higher
quantities than the natural way of the body to do that, that male hormone stimulates production
of Sebum of the oil, remember the white heads, the black heads, the *** that you have on
the surface- that is due to the fact that the sugar created insulin, the insulin stimulated
this particular hormone, and this hormone is responsible for production of more Sebum
in the glands oil glands, and then boom...we have a pimple. A lot of diabetics and nondiabetics,
and I am one of them know today that Metaformin is a pill that has been given to diabetics
in the past to level their sugar, push the insulin hormone down. However, and write this
down- metformin , M.E.T.F.O.R.M.I.N, metformin today is given prescribed to a lot of people
in alternative field of healthcare as a supplement because it helps with so many other things
in the body. That, it...for instance, if you are a woman, even if you don't suffer from
acne, and you are overweight and your weight is particularly here and you have a big tummy,
well, this Metformin is given to stop the production of the insulin and indirectly helps
you to lose weight. However, Metformin is also known as a treatment that is now given
via alternative doctors, via doctors of osteopathic medicine and nutritionists as a help and aid
and treatment for acne. Why? Again, because this metformin will actually help to curb
the insulin production for the particular hormone the male hormone which is responsible
for excessive production of the Sebum. So that's one: so remember what I said. And write
it down. The second thing, and in the past when people ask me they say okay is food directly
related to acne and I could never pinpoint, I could never say one food or another food
is related to acne. However, what I know the fact of is this: That if your liver is not
functioning properly, if your liver is not functioning properly if your liver is conjested
because your diet is bad because your bowel movements are not there, because you have
sluggish bowels because you don't go to the bathroom every day at least once to two times
a day. Because you don't get rid of the toxins that die in your system. Remember the liver
is the organ that filters everything from our body. It's an extremely important organ
in our body and if the liver is unable because it's overloaded and then the liver can't get
rid of all the toxins from your system because your bowels because the liver is pushing down
into your gallbladder and from the gallblader it's pushing into the intestines to eliminate
but if you can't eliminate then you are backing up it's like a backup in your plumbing at
home in your kitchen in your bathroom If you have a backup all the water or the dirt comes
back to the surface well, that's the same thing. If you cannot eliminate, so the liver
can not flush out because it's backing up because you don't eliminate because your intestines
are full and you are constipated and you go out to the bathroom on a regular basis that
will create a problem and then all these toxins that are in your bowels and all that negative
gas that's in your bowels is backing up not allowing the liver not allowing the gallbladder
to remove all the toxins. Not allowing it to filter out and then it sort of spreads
and sort of reverses back and the gases and the toxins spread through your body through
your bloodstream and whola it's a vicious cycle and it goes back to you to your Sebaceous
glands to your oil glands and whola it produces more Sebum. Now remember I talked about it
in the past and then if the skin is clogged which most of the time it is. I talked about
it in the past. For two reasons, younger people and old people to think that if you have acne
you have to dry the skin out so first you dry the skin out then on top of that if you
have sluggish bowels and I guarantee you that most people not all but most people who have
very bad acne don't go to the bathroom and don't eliminate on a regular basis twice a
day. So then you have also sluggish skin because you can't eliminate so you have all these
toxins so whoala. It's a prescription for trouble, for problems in your body, so if
you understand now what I'm talking about, that eliminating. That allowing your liver
to flush out that eliminating startches and flowers eh, from your diet and sugar from
your diet for a period of time while you are trying to reduce and eliminate the cause of
acne is extremely important while there are some other things that are very important
and studies show that you can take a pen and write down. Zinc, zinc it is shown now more
so than ever before that zinc is a mineral and majority of people have a zinc deficiency
when they do bloodwork when they look for zinc. Why we have a zinc deficiency? I tell
you, most people don't know to take zinc as a supplement. However, zinc is responsible
in our body because we have zinc naturally however zinc is reduced and so what happens
is zinc is responsible in the body for many actions that amongst other things that zinc
is responsible for it's responsible and it's an anti-inflammatory. So it helps to reduce
inflammation. It helps to fight bacteria in your bloodstream in your system internally.
It helps to strengthen your immune system. So I for instance take zinc every single day
with my vitamins and my supplements. So people who suffer from acne should make sure that
they take zinc. Two-hundred milligram zinc capsules. You buy them from your vitamin and
health food stores is very important. B6 vitamins. A B6 vitamins very beneficial now I come to
another thing and that is food. So I am not telling anybody that has acne to stop eating.
What I am telling you guys is that if you really suffer from acne for a while and if
you really want your acne to be eliminated or reduced, you owe it to yourself, not to
me,you owe it to yourself to try at least to give it three months of your life and try
to follow an internal cleansing. What do I mean by internal cleansing? As I described.
Changing your diet is very important. How can you change your diet? How can you improve
your diet? Eh, I do it every day. I know it's not easy to do. But where there is a will
there is a way. I ,for instance, would say that if you have the ability to make yourself
every day a big like one liter or I don't know, one liter is three big glasses of juice.
A lot of greens. Celery, carrots, beets, parsley, spinach, ginger, tumeric, apples, green oranges,
peppers, cucumbers. Whatever you like in vegetables and in fruits so that's a rule. You get all
the vitamins, you get all the fiber from it. You have an amazing startup to your day. So
instead, having in the morning white bread or sandwich or in your cafeteria, some junk
that has flour in it and sugar in it. If you could start your day by drinking juices. So
it will give you energy, it will make your bowel move it would help to clean your liver,
it would clear your mind. It would help to reduce the inflammation in your system, cause
again I come back to this, you are what you eat. And if you do this, internally, if you
stay away for three months, if you try this. If you stay away from sugar, if you stay away
from flower, if you stay away from starches. If for three months, you try at least to have
60% of your diet per day to be raw it means lots of juices and lots of salads. If you
like meat, be my guest. I am not a meat eater. If you like meat, okay, have a piece of meat.
Fish is much better. Turkey is much better. I'm not a proponent for red meat. If you must
have, okay. But have meat and have salads. So have meat and have broccoli, have cooked
vegetables. But have lots and lots of vegetables. Fresh in salads, fresh in juices, fruits and
then have some proteins. It will help your skin in the first place. It will help detoxify
your system. It will help you to go to the bathroom. It will help you to unconstipate
it will help your liver it will help your whole system it will help your skin it will
help your hair. You know, so many people come to my clinic and they say, "Eva, I would love
to have your skin." And guys, I am well over fifty. My skin is the picture of my insides
which means what I preach is what I do, so I speak from experience and I don't speak
nonsense. If I have nothing to say, I don't say it. But from experience, from knowledge,
from studying from reading, I put together this information and this is a way that I
wholeheartedly believe that this will be very beneficial and you ought to give it at least
three months of your life to see if you can do this. If you can do...if you are willing
to do better your health. If you are willing to better your skin cause remember I say it's
what's from inside out so when you buy my product and you use the treatments perfect
because the skin needs to be clean, the skin has to be hydrated, we have to dry the pimples,
but then we also have to do it internally. If we combine the two together it can be very,

Some of you say, and if none of this helps. There are very severe cases. So it cannot
be that the diet of cleansing yourself doesn't help, because it's helps. This is how you
should live. So it's not only for the acne it's just for your life. However there are
other approaches. So there are medications. There are Clindamycin. There are antibiotics
that are out there that can be used if all else fails. They have some side effects so
therefore, the first approach would be do it internally and externally so you clean
from inside and you simultaneously do on the outside and give it three months and then
let's talk about it and let's see if your skin got better. So I hope that I was able
to shine a little light on this. And give you a little bit more information to understand
how this acne happens and why diet, nutrition and hormones are really hand and hand going
