Alternate Day Diet (ADF) by Gary who is determined to Learn How To Lose Weight Fast Using Intermittent Fasting. I have weighed myself just now and I am 81.9 Kgs. Remember my starting weight was 84.5 and I am now 81.9 I am very encouraged waking up in the morning and see my weight drop .
I am quite sure that this diet is working! I am looking forward to loosing more weight as the days go by. I am loosing weight by the day and that's incredible. My modes here are 4.3 and my food good 5 out of 5. Yesterday I did take time out of the gym.
I wanted to give my body a rest. I did alot of walking, in out and on the trend mil in my office when I am doing my work, when watching TV. My learning are sleep I only got 36hrs sleep, I had a power nap for about a hour during the day.
After that I recovered and hate my only meal for that day. I had lower energy until I had that meal and vegetable soup that rejuvenated me. So this is Gary on day 9 22nd of November and its a Thursday. Thank you for watching intermittent fasting
