Hello and welcome to another New York Habitat
vacation rental video tour.
Our tour today takes us to a lovely two bedroom apartment
located in a great neighborhood full of many shops
and boutiques in the 16th district of Paris.
This apartment is located on the 5th floor
(6th floor in the US) of an elevator building.
Upon entering the apartment,
you will find the living room in front of you.
This furnished living room
receives plenty of natural light from its large windows.
Here you will also find a dining table with chairs.
The American style kitchen is equipped
with everything you will need to prepare your meals
during your stay in Paris, including a microwave.
Of course dishware and utensils are provided.
Moving on, you will come to the first bedroom.
This bedroom is equipped
with a double sized bed.
Next is the bathroom.
The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower.
Lastly is the second bedroom.
This furnished bedroom
is also equipped with a double sized bed.
Internet access is also available
throughout the apartment.
Now that we've visited the apartment,
let's take a look at the surrounding neighborhood.
A few roads away,
you'll find charming sought-after homes
surrounded by trees.
These were once homes to factory workers
from the famous French car-maker, Renault.
Further down, you'll come to the famous
Seine river of Paris.
Both an industrial and a tourist hot spot,
it's an important Parisian axis,
with its comings and goings of boats and barges.
From its famous banks,
you can admire the Eiffel Tower.
Heading back to the north,
you'll come to a large intersection known as
La Porte d'Auteuil,
which gives access to the woods of Boulogne
and the French Open tennis complex.
