(I want to thank you all for coming out)
Seven organizations from yokota air base came together to put on this
years haunted house. (It has come a long way.)
With the help of local japanese sponsors the volunteers were able to find the
perfect location,
a short walk from base. Service members worked together setting up different rooms
in the basement
of the Daiso building. Senior Airman Alex Redden from 374th
civil engineering squadron describes his sections floating head scare
"Me and my co-workers we are essentially going to wear one of these masks
and we’re going to hide in the background and while people walk through,
we’re going to jump out and scare them. We’re going to be all in black so they can’t see our bodies, all they see is
the mask." Each squadron brought their own unique idea to the haunted house.
And with such a wide range of scares there is sure to be
something to meet everyone’s ghoulish tastes. Airman first class Madison Champine,
Yokota air base, Japan.
