Hey guys, whatsup, it's Paul with you today!
And today I'm gonna bring you a tutorial
on top 3 exercises for biceps!
Check out the sky!
Isn't that beautiful?
When's the last time you stood outside
to check out the sky?
Now you can do it from your computer.
The technology...
Alright, I'm gonna start, here...
Alright, so I have pretty big biceps,
so everyone's always asking me about
how I got them.
Number one best exercise:
I never did chinups.
You know how everyone tells you that chinups
are the best for your biceps? They are!
But I, myself, have never done them.
All I did was pullups,
this was the first exercise I started for
biceps.
Always did pullups.
Since I was small even.
When I was small my dad built me a pullup
bar,
at like nine years old, and I would hang there
all the time. So that's the number one thing,
is pullups.
*To cameraman* Come closer.
So, that's what I recommend you do.
Pullups is the number one exercise for biceps,
and lats, back; but we're doing just biceps
today.
Second best exercise that helped me get the
split...
Because my biceps used to be really round
from the pullups.
But then I got a separation right here.
How I got it was: I started training for one
arm pullups.
One arm pullups puts a lot of stress on your
arm.
Really helps you.
I've got a one arm pullup tutorial,
I'll put it in the corner.
One arm pullups:
you basically hang,
pull yourself up.
Or chinups, whatever you want to call them.
It puts a lot of strain on your bicep,
one of the best things for growth.
But since this is top 3 exercises,
I'll give you the third exercise after
pullups and these things.
The third exercise I really like is like this.
When you go on top of the bar,
however you want to get on top, I don't care.
You grab like this, I might do a tutorial
on this later.
So you grab like this, palms out.
You go down to your lower back, slide down,
and go backwards.
And you try to hold this position right here.
Because you're up in this position,
you're basically doing isometrics for biceps.
When you're hanging like this,
it's your biceps holding your whole body up
here.
So, that's what, 150 pounds or so?
Puts a lot of strain on your biceps,
even if you spin...
I would grab on and spin,
that give you more momentum and that puts
even more pressure on your bicep.
You do that a little bit, soon enough you'll
feel it right here and you'll be sore next
day.
So those are my top 3 exercises for biceps.
