Cut the 1 onion into slices.
Cut the 1/2 carrot into thin strips.
Remove the stem and seeds of 2 green peppers, and cut into thin strips.
Cut off the root clusters of the "buna shimeji mushroom", and divide into pieces.
Cut the 1/4 whole cabbage into easy-to-eat pieces.
Cut the pork belly coarsely.
Heat the sesame oil in a skillet, and fry the pork belly.
When the color of the pork changes, add the vegetables other than cabbage. And stir-fry.
Stir-fry for a while. When the vegetables soften, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Then add the cabbages, and continue to stir-fry.
When the cabbages are tender, season with the soy sauce. It's done.
