I will show you quick how to make hommade bread (Kenia)
what you need for making a 750g Bread
cold waters - 300 ml (medium Glass)
Butter/Margarine. Olive Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoon
sugar or honey 1 teaspoon
wheat flour 360g
we use here a African Wheat Flour (Tima- kenia)
we need Yeast (fresh or dry)
just one hour and 30 minutes - Program (Teig) preparation
So let´s get this out into a backing form
Back for Bread for one Hour (1H) 220 C in the Oven at the lowest position
back for 60 Min. (1 hour) 220 C - or 428 Fahrenheit
Get it out of the oven (Careful it´s hot)
Let the Bread cool down for a while on the oven rack
