So real quick, here's our baseline ad. We, legally we can't say we're the best personal
injury law firm in Virginia, no one can. Now the BAR came after for this and maybe that,
this is an old version of the ad. Again, same message. If you've been injured, before you
talk to an adjuster, hire an attorney, or sign any form, get these free books. How about
this? Chiropractor in our area doesn't just run ads to say, "I'm a chiropractor and I
can cure 19 different ailments," she creates an ad that goes directly to a woman that has
now discovered she has low thyroid. So again, no picture of the chiropractor's office, no
picture of the chiropractor, no nothing. Headline and copy. Here's one that we're using, we
will start to use on a full page ad in a health magazine that's in every ER and doctor's office:
"31 Quick Tips for Handling Your Own Virginia Personal Injury Car Accident Settlement."
Every marketing vulture will tell you that nobody will read all of that stuff, and why
would a lawyer ever run an ad, this is in your manual actually, with all that text in
it. I'll tell you that they don't know what they're talking about. A person who's been
in an accident who's thinking about maybe trying to settle my case and that finds each
and every paragraph interesting and some of them are funny, and we've got little copy
doodles here, and by the way, Kia raise your hand, Kai is my graphic designer, she's here
in Fairfax, she'll be here through most, through part of the afternoon. Josiah works with her,
but if you're looking for someone to help create, stuff that you don't have to teach
