Okay so as you have noticed that I have taken some of the objects or some of the collage
off because I want to collage the ground pieces first. So this is going to go on first and
then I am going to add on top of that. So that is why everything is sitting over here
and these two guys are on the bottom. Okay so I am going to dip, this is what I have
learned recently, I am going to dip my brush into the water because that makes, the glue
wont dry so fast on the brush if its a little moist. Okay, so with this guy, you know what
I am going to do. I am going to take this, yeah, take this paper layer off the tin foil
because the tin foil will adhere better on it's own with the glue, there we go, okay.
I didn't use enough glue that time so I am going to have to put a little bit more glue
on.
I just basically get the brush doused with glue but not too much and I try to go over
all the edges, there we go. Sometimes if you miss a little bit, that's okay because you
will be adding on to it. So if there is a corner coming up that's alright because when
you add another piece on to it, another piece of paper, it might cover that corner that's
coming up a little bit. Look at how that tin foil goes on so smooth. Doesn't that look
nice? And so I kind of smooth it out with my fingers. That actually went on really really
well. I don't have to use the sponge or anything. Actually there is a little bit of glue coming
off there so I need a little bit of sponge. And here is another object. This one I have
to use more glue because it's thicker. It's like a cardboard paper, where as this was
tin foil. I barely had to use, didn't have to use much glue, so with this one I have
to use a little bit more. And because it's warm here, it's warm outside too, I have to
use more glue in general. You can see there is glue on the kind of, there is extra glue
right here. I will just kind of turn the brush and get a lot of the glue off and get it back
onto the object. So I am reusing the glue which is nice. I am not being real nice about
it or real gentle about it. I am just putting the glue on and going to town. And then I
also press down, especially with this guy because this is a thick piece of paper so
I have to press down for a few seconds to make sure that it adheres. And like I said
before the tin foil is so thin that it's just going to take to this so I don't have to press
too hard but with this I have to press harder and there is a little bit of glue coming out
the sides so I use my fingers to wipe it off a little and then later I will go in with
the sponge to wipe off the dried glue. Yeah there we go, okay.
