Okay, we have a nice clean head here and we are going to moisturize the hair with a little
bit of Egyptian magic or an oil, or whichever you prefer. And just kind of run it through,
so when you try to comb or run your fingers through it, the hair just separates nice and
easy. What we are going to do here is a turning braid. I am going to do it on a large scale
from the middle of her head, down to the side, just to show you how it incorporates into
different styles, like any kind of zigzag or any kind of swirl. Turning, pretty much
stays the same. This is just what we are here to teach you how to do so we can incorporate
it into more complicated styles later on. So, now we are going to part down the middle,
just get the hair ready for our big section an then we will begin on our turning braid.
Use your big-toothed comb or your pick or a rat tail and just get the section going
that you are going to utilize for these turn braids.
