ALLAN DIWAN: Hi, my name is Allan Diwan. I'm the chef and owner of Kashmir Restaurant,
a Kashmir-Indian restaurant in Budapest. We are here on behalf of Expert Village. We're
going to prepare a red snapper in a tandoori sauce. So the fish has been cooking in there
for about six minutes now. We're going to take our fish out,
and we're going to plate this fish with the mashed--spicy mashed potatoes. And we're going
to nicely put our fish
on top of the mashed potatoes. And I have some leeks to go on top of our nice red snapper
with the mashed potatoes and leeks. Enjoy.
