OK here Gem we are going to do the last of our squats you can see her movements from
the side totally perfect coming down lateral 90 degrees sticking her butt out and she is
hitting it so i mean you are going through every muscle group she has got everything
in perfect form you see her knees well behind her toes and she is hitting the large group

two drive OK focus down again focus slow slow so the eccentric moves i want slower on the
way down stretching stressing the muscle witch is called eccentric concentric on the way
up you are squeezing quick shoulder movements OK drive lets go into a quick pulse ten seconds
and you are done OK drive and we are doing a fast pulse which means half way through
movement halfway squat and drive right to the top OK push four thousand three thousand
two come down hold down here we go another inch for three thousand two and up great job
excellent that's if you want to shape and sculpt some of these exercises are the best

any viewers as far as if they think that they cant or they think that maybe they are too.......they
have a busy life you have four beautiful kids you work during the day i mean maybe you can
tell some viewers out there if they think their lives are busy and health how do you
apply it? Gem says :OK so I'm the mother of four children
and my health is very important to me I'm actually going to be 43 this year so I want
to maintain my muscle tone because as you are ageing in your late 30s you start to lose
muscle tone so i want to maintain my muscle tone because with muscle tone you actually
look better in better condition you feel good about yourself life is always better if you
feel good about yourself no matter what is going on with financial wise emotional wise
other wise, a but a the amount of weight loss and stuff out there they think that the best
thing though is to if you do like a boot camp or um get up of the couch you know take a
little time for you, you invest a lot into everything else, raising the kids,going to
work, a invest some time into you and you feel good and when you feel good you share
the love, you know you feel more positive towards life which is my thing, as I have
said I have four kids I work all the way down town I have to take the Go train everyday,
but I take the time to come train with Richard because he is amazing though. I met Richard
like maybe two years ago or so, and I have been off and on training with him but now
I realize I need to do it more often so I come see him like two days a week three days
a week and I can't tell you all the compliments I get, I used to have skinny legs now I hear
I have amazing legs, you know it's really it's good. And people admire my muscle tone,
and I am like yea, I'm doing well! So you see I'm not even doing it for the admiration
but I want to feel good about myself, And I am telling you when a woman feels good about
herself, she moves mountains!...Laughing.... Richard says: You know i just want to say
this that Gem is a not only tough she follows through with everything but
sometimes she is like all of us, including myself we all need motivation, right? I don't
care who you are we all need something and so a you know she a works well and takes care
of herself and the bottom line like she said the most important thing is to take care of
yourself,give yourself time and you know what you will pay yourself dividends massive in
the end. And with bone structure being strong, women going through osteoporosis and all this
other stuff men to but for the most part women you strengthen bone and one thing you strengthen
bone through, one of the only things is weight training, doing some weights , TRX what ever.
But cardio does very minimal so I integrate a circuit training and you can see that a
it does very well.....laughing... Great job, thank you Gem!
