Sometimes when you make a recipe,
you're mixing it and you need to pout ingredients in while it's continually mixing.
this pouring shield allows you to do that.
You simply place it on top of the bowl,
you would pour in your ingredients and it would continue to mix
and not splatter all over.
Kitchen Aid also has a pasta maker attachment.
The pasta maker attachment has several different blades
for different
thicknesses of pasta
and different types of pasta so for example if you are making linguine
you would use this particular shape because it
it produces a flat shape pasta.
