>> I think that I would look towards,
maybe a franchise-type business, so that I could eliminate some
of those things that are very time consuming for me, now;
marketing aspects, and, you know, just things that,
that consume a lot of my time and energy, now,
that as a franchise, those things have been taken care of.
>> I do know that if, if I ever going to start a,
a different business, it, it, it would have to be something
that is very difficult to copy, you know.
It's got to be some kind of idea, or some kind
of technology, that's, yeah.
No one can, can take away from, from, from me.
>> If we start over, I will do the exact same thing I'm doing
today, maybe a little differently, the way I started,
but the exact same thing.
>> I would have done the same thing.
Definitely.
With every business that I've had before, yeah,
I would have done it all over again.
>> I think, in what we're doing, right now,
is providing electricity to the rural parts of the world.
For example, we're doing a project in Africa,
and that, to me, means a lot.
So, if I was to do it again, I would pick the same business,
which is Energy and Environmental.
>> I, probably, wouldn't have taken the 20 year route
to complete my education.
And, to go ahead, [laughing] seriously,
that would have probably been the first thing right off
the bat.
I, actually had a high school counselor say, "Oh, no.
You can't do that," and it's
because I was dyslexic, and I went, "Oh.
Wow. Okay.
I guess I can't."
That's what put it, just, right down.
And, you know, here I am now,
[indistinguishable] a whopping 49 year old, that says, "Yes.
You can do it."
>> Well, this has been a dream come true.
I wouldn't do anything differently.
This has, it's been a dream come true,
and this industry is amazing.
The people I get to deal with, on a daily basis, are customers,
coworkers, everyone, I, just, yeah, we're extremely fortunate
to be in the Craf Beer Industry.
>> If I could do what I'm doing, now, for free, I would do it;
because I'm that passionate about it.
So, if I had to start all over again, it would be the exact,
same business; but I'd probably follow the advice I said
at the very beginning, you know, know the resources
that are available to me, and tap into the wisdom of others,
before I got started, and use that as,
as tools, along the way.
