We're here in Las Vegas at The Expo
with Jerry Mrozek of Visual Textile and BigPromotions.net - How Are You? Great doing great.
Tell us a little bit about what you guys do.
In a nutshell, we put images onto textiles...
...in doing that would make table cloths, tablecloths, table covers and banners, pop up displays, table runners,
that type of thing.
We do some work with Chair Back Covers
that kind of thing... Our standard products, you know, what we do most of, and really our strength
is our tablecloth product
We print this in many different processes: in the onesie - twosie world we
digitally dye submlimate the product
When you buy more, we can screen sublimate...
When you buy a large quantity order, we offset sublimate.
You wouldn't know the difference to touch, or feel, or look at the image
but it just brings pricing down depending on the quantity you're purchasing
and we also screen print direct, where that is putting the image direct to the fabric
and then the actually foil the image as well.
So we can basically to get any image on textile
that's necessary. Basically we just have a customer
show us the image,
so us the quantity and we'll recommend the process that best fits
OK. What sets you guys apart?
Quality First I'd say...
...You know when you take a look at our products, you take a look at our finishing,
we merrow off the edges nicely, were not scorching the edges where you have the sloppy finish...
it's nice and neat...
our fabric has got a nice body to it's, got a nice, tight weave...
...and then pricing... for
one digital tablecloth, a six foot cloth: there's no set of charges, there's no proof charges,
no PMS Pantone Matching charges.
You also offer a lot of choices, it's like a rainbow over here!
We have sixty five stock colors,
and we're proud of it too.
You probably
can't give us an order big enough to deplete our inventory. We're
really committed to
this and this is one of our key strengths.
OK Jerry, now you're going to show us something that's completely unique to Visual Textile.
Correct. This is something we've actually invented ourselves.
We've taken, you know a
good invention is taking a couple of inventions and marrying them together
So basically this is a dye-sublimated tablecloth...
...very often our customers want a vinyl tablecloth, but with vinyl, you get creases, you get glare...
and they're heavy to ship around.
So this is got all the properties of a vinyl table cover,
but it's liquid-repellant polypoplin.
You can spill any liquid on it, and it repels just like vinyl, it all just beads right up.
That is so cool!
This is good for about ten to twenty washes It'll keep its properties.
A lot of people are expressing interest in green products right now, and you guys have
got that covered too.
We do, and we do it right.
This product is the only product
in this market, in the tablecloths, table covers, table runners and banners... actually all our
products - are available in one hundred percent recycled polypoplin. Now this isn't the so called "eco-friendly" product,
where a certain percentage of it is recycled. This is one hundred percent
recycled.
Most often you only see this available in white,
but we offer this in six colors:
it's offered it in navy, royal,
holiday red, black, white, and in hunter green.
Jerry, why don't you show us the difference in some of your imaging processes.
Sure.
Well this is dye sublimation, and this is done a number of ways-
we can digitally dye-sublimate, which is for one or two pieces, or
we can screen sublimate, which is for higher quantities,
we can offset sublimate, which is for those very high quantity orders.
In dye sublimation, you start with a white piece of fabric,
and it's sublimated in all these different colors. If you look here, to see this fabric started
off white...
...and we dye sublimated all these other colors. The rest of the tablecloths here are any
of our stock sixty five colors
and we make sure the front panel
matches
the rest of the cloth.
The other methods we have, when you screen print direct,
you're starting with
the actual fabric color itself, and you're screen printing ink, right to the fabric - you see this
was in a white piece of fabric, this was a black fabric screen printed in gold.
You seem to be able to give people exactly what they want. Sure, depending on the quantities,
and the image
properties, we'll recommend the most cost-effective
method to print. Some people might want something a little more
washable,
we'll recommend methods for that as well.
So Jerry, what is
the final take on message about the imprinted textile products from Visual Textile and BigPromotions.net?
Value. We definitely have the best value in this industry.
We have the best quality product,
at the most competitive pricing by far. And that sure says it all.
Thank you Jerry.
Thank You! And that's a look at some of the great promotional table covers, banners, runners and tablecloths people are finding here at The Las Vegas Expo.
