Hello! This is Cynthia Sue Larson with RealityShifters dot com
This month,
the first month of two thousand eleven,
I'd like to talk about celebrating life.
I've got a terrific quote from Oprah Winfrey about this,
and she says,
"The more you praise and celebrate your life,
the more there is in life to celebrate,"
which I think is the perfect perspective for
starting a new year, starting a new job, and
any time you move, any time you are really
re-envisioning what your whole life is about.
We get that opportunity at New Year's, but you can make that opportunity any day
if you really celebrate your life
and find the joy
and where it is that you'd most like to
be re-envisioning your entire life.
This is not the same as goal-setting, and it's not something that you can
put as a New Year's resolution...
it's more a way of embracing the opportunities of really
doing what you love, being what you love,
and becoming more fully and completely yourself.
I've got a couple of great tools
that can help you with that process.
One of them I'm so happy and proud to present it--
it's my new book, "High Energy Money."
"RealityShifters Guide to High Energy Money." It's got lots and
lots of exercises, ideas,
and stories that you can
relate to regarding how you work with prosperity.
It includes some of my favorite prosperity meditations.
You're looking at it in the paperback form right here.
It's also currently an e-book, and it is out on Kindle and paperback
format as well.
Another fabulous opportunity for all of you that would like to
improve your health right now is the
project called
"I Am Healthy" project,
and you can find out more about that at RealityShifters as well.
It's a fabulous opportunity to join over one million people that are all affirming
that they are healthy,
and this is definitely the first step in claiming
a joyful sense of your own vitality
and moving forward with that kind of positive energy.
I want to share with you just a bit of background on something fabulous I've
done this last month as well
in the realm of celebrating life, and that is I got the opportunity
to fulfill a childhood dream
of staying overnight in a tree house
which I did in Oregon.
I was so overwhelmed with the joyfulness of being in the presence of such a
splendid forest and a splendid tree
in Oregon
that I actually cried tears of joy that first night that I was there, because the
feeling of
the sublime essence and vitality of that tree was just overwhelming to me.
Such
beautiful nature!
So I encourage you to find out what it is you would most like to be doing
this year...
and being...
and make it happen!
I've also got a fabulous book for you in case you're feeling like, "Well, I can't.
I've got negative ideas.
This is something that's beyond me--
to do anything more than just
keeping myself on track (rigidly). I don't want to open up that much." It's possible you've
got some negative self talk going on.
And that brings me to the book I'd like to recommend this month called, "Erase
Negativity
and Embrace the Magic Within."
It's written by Sally Marks
and Jacqueline Howard.
I can't recommended a better book on reducing negativity and getting
into a positive frame of mind than this one.
It includes a whole bunch of stories. It starts off with some that are a little bit
shocking actually,
because the people
having low points in their lives
are having such
traumatic events occurring that it's hard to imagine they could ever pull out.
But they do.
And this book also includes a chapter of some of my own life experiences as well.
I do highly recommend that!
And as usual, I'd like to ask you...
and invite you, and encourage you every day to ask
"How good can it get?"
and really expect to find out.
And it can turn your life around.
Until next time, this is Cynthia Sue Larson with RealityShifters
