So now when you're preparing for your hike, you want to plan your hike. You want to plan
where you're gonna go, you want to plan exactly what trail you're gonna go on just to make
sure, especially if you're new to trail hiking, just to be sure to be safe so you may want
to go online and check out some trails near you. A lot of times you can find maps online
and also just lots of places you can go to hike. And things that you want to consider
when you're planning your hike is the season. So when you know what season it is and you
know what the weather is, you can plan accordingly with what to take with you, for instance,
water or the types of clothing that you're going to wear, some protection is always needed.
So you want to plan all of those things. Also, you want to keep in mind what the terrain
is. So if the terrain depending on the terrain is how you also want to address your shoes.
So you want to keep all of those in mind. This also is going to keep you safe when you're
on your hike. And then also the altitude like if you're going up on higher altitudes you
just want to keep that in mind so that you can really prepare yourself mentally and also
take lots of water and keep everything you need. So the more you plan, then the better
your hike will be and you'll be prepared and you'll know what's in store for you.
