RICHARD BUCCOLA: Hi. This is Rich Buccola here in New York City and today on behalf
of Expert Village, I'm going to show you how to make a Greek sausage and vegetable bake.
All right. Today we're going to make a really nice, easy dish. My neighbors downstairs are
of Greek descent where we live in Astoria. Astoria has the biggest population of Greeks
besides Athens and so, I get to experiment. Now, she knows I do this cooking so we've
been sharing recipes, and this is one of her recipes and it's so easy and so much fun to
make, and I'm telling you you're going to love it. I'm going to show you everything
from ingredients to utensils to storage to cooking it, prep time. We're going to put
this all together. It's a very cheap, inexpensive meal to make and what makes this great is
the beautiful cheeses that we're going to use in it today and all the fresh ingredients.
