I must, I must, I must improve my bust. Hi everybody, I'm Carol Ann, with Studio Group
X, and if you're singin' that song I'm going to show you how to do a bench press using
plates. So, come on down to your bench, and you want to make sure that you've got those
abs in really nice and tight. Your head is resting on the bench comfortably, your feet
are hip-width apart, and you're going to take those arms straight up and grab your plates
comfortably but firm. And your elbows are straight but not locked out. Then, when you
lower those plates down bring those elbows to about ninety degrees. It's like you're
saying score, and bring those arms right back up again, so lower down, and push right back
up again. Inhale as you lower, exhale as you come up. Now, to make this interesting you
can do a little bit of a turn right here. Turn your palms in and then come down. Stretch
the chest a little bit and come right back up again. Now, choosing your weight for this
it's about a medium weight, so it's not as heavy as if you were doing legs, and it's
not as light if you're doing shoulders, so kind of right in the middle. So that is your
bench press, and in no time at all you're going to improve that bust. I'm Carol Ann,
