Here on Meateater, we deal with a lot of really super complicated complicated recipes we've
shown you how to take a Javelina's meat and cook it inside of it's own stomach.
We've shown you how to take a Coues' deer heart and wrap it up in caul fat and
roast it over a fire in order to make heart tacos.
But the problem with those recipes is that they only come in handy after you've made your kill and you've gotten what you're after,
which leaves one to wonder:
What am I supposed to eat before i've made my kill? For that, today i'm gonna
show you one of the best recipes that I know of pre-kill. Be careful because it's really
complicated.
What you need to do is you need
two ingredients:
one is
"energy and focus" and two is "hydrate and recover."
"Energy and focus" is if you wanna kick *** tomorrow and you need to get rocking.
"Hydrate and recover" is for if you've had your *** kicked yesterday and you need to feel better.
So I take both of these cause I'm trying to accomplish both things at once.
Nice and tight. And I go like this!
And that right there, they call a Superman.
I chug that back.
Then I go up the mountain and kill something and eat it.
