Solutions Airtech allows your mesh garment to breath.
We'll show you how next.

Hi I'm Josh Ellsworth with Stahls' CADCUT direct, and as you heard in the opening, this
video is about Solutions Airtech.
Solutions Airtech is a transparent clear material that can be reverse printed on a solvent printer
and heat applied down to white or light colored mesh fabrics.
The real magic of this material is when you apply it to the mesh, it clears the holes.
We'll demonstrate that for you right now.

Now it's time to weed the Airtech material.
What I like to do, is take my weeding tool and start right on a cut line.
The material is very thin as you can see.
And then peel away from the letter or the design.
The material breaks easily which is kinda nice because you can separate it when you're
ready to grab a new piece.
Airtech is a little bit challenging to weed, overall I would rank this material 3 out of
5 stars.
Now I have a design that's ready to be flipped over and heat applied to the garment.

To heat apply Airtech, 310 degrees, 12 seconds, firm pressure or 8 on the Hotronix clam.
Pre-heat to remove moisture and wrinkles.
Position your design, and press it on.
You need to peel the backing from Airtech immediatly.

And here's our final result using Solutions Airtech.
You can barely feel it on this garment.
And best of all, it doesn't cover the holes on the mesh.

Solutions Airtech has the following lab certifications.
This material is gauranteed to last.
It's completely different then anything that's on the market for decorating white fabrics
and white mesh.
What else would you expect from the inventors of CADCUT!
