Hi guys it's Thursday
You know what that means! That means its personal fitness test
update time. Now this persona fitness test if your new to my channel we are doing Burpees
for the 30 days! We do 5 weeks 5 updates
and each week we try an improve our self. Now
sometime you don't see results within a week. Sometimes
Your struggling and it takes a couple of weeks even a month even 2 months. I had on one personal fitness test
to actually see improvements, Its rough sometimes.
But as long as you stick to it, when you do start to see that improvement over the weeks because your working out hard
that improvement turns into motivation.
okay and that motivation drives you
and pushes you and keeps you going and keeps you working out to lose weight
or at least improves on your personal fitness level, you know what I am saying!
it really helps drive you drives you, you like that drives you haha I am such a dork!

How many Burpees you were able to do and
each week when we do a update you guy do an update along with us
and post your results in the comments.
Now if you can't do Burpees at this time
No shame in that there is other stuff you can do.
You can do squats okay you can do
assisted squats if you can't do squats because even thats hard when your first starting out.
You can hold onto something like a back of a
chair or a couch or door handles and help pull yourself up.
and do as many as you can
1 set as many as you can
either burpees or whatever and then
let us know in the comments what you did and how many you did and then each week when we do an update
You post again how you did and that
lets us know how your improving and thats incredible
incredible, thats not even what I want to say. Its motivating Guys!

I will do the burpees now last time I did 12
OK just to let you know I did 12 last time I did
11 at the beginning and 12 last week
I hope to see improvement I am a little bit sore but that's okay I an still going to push myself as hard as I can.
OK guys like I said last time I did 12 and that's my number to beat. I am still a little bit stiff, OK here we go!

I didn't think I was going to do it, what
sucks the carpet is slippery
for your hands, so I put this mat down so it would help.
and if you notice when I was doing them
even the mat was slipping out.
