the effectiveness of using steroids in the development of muscle tissue is out of question
the problem than i usually see is the presumption of that any kind of result is from steroid,
that´s to say, if i see someone who getting results it is because he is taking something.
The conclusion the usually come to is that or A I better take something in order to get
those results or B i quit coming to the gym because i will never get results if i, m not
taking anything my humble and sincere opinion is that you
can actually achieve high results close to the ones obtained with steroids without recurring
to steroids. the steroid category is big, the one which
we are concerned to in the sport world is technically know as anabolic androgenic steroids.
they produce in your body the same effect as what´s produced by the natural hormone
called testosterone what the steroid actually do to your body
is to improve the capability of the protein synthesis from amino acids heading us thus
to a better recovery and better muscle cells
the types of steroids there are is huge
as it is the list of side effects
taking steroids is thus a mistake and i am going to give you the reasons why it is
first reason they are drugs, drugs are unhealthy illegal not security in them, expensive
number two:actually the level of mass we are able to build up is determined by a substance
controlled by our genetics called myostatin which will determine how big we can get. creating
thus an hormonal system artificially that get us to a further level than what our genetics
allows us to achieve means that in the very moment we stop administrating steroids externally
the gains will disappear. to say, this is a waste
of time because the progress will be only temporary
it could definitively interfere in a better look of our body too
fourth reason its the core reason of going to the gym to me its not about getting a quick
result but about hard work , keeping on track , aspiring a long term goals.
in conclusion taking steroids is a mistake, taking them it is not worthy . the goals that
we aim can be achieved without using something that's harmful to us. if you are not focused
on bodybuilding contest you should not even take them into account.
