Now I'm going to demonstrate how to do a side crunch on an exercise ball. Okay. What you
want to do to make it easier on yourself is to try and do this against a wall or something
that actually is not moving so you can have a little bit more support, since you are lying
down on your hip on this ball. Okay. The you're going to transfer your hands to the top of
the head. You're going to get a nice extension to the right and then you're going to crunch
to the left. Okay. It's flexing the obliques. Okay. There's not a lot of movement in this
exercise, but it's very effective. Because anytime you do an exercise on a physio ball
or an exercise ball, you have to really engage your core cause you don't have any much back
support. Okay. So you want to come down. Do that nice extension and tighten up in the
mid section as you do that. Cause you want to remember to do high repetitions, concentrate
on the contraction when you do that. And that's how you do a proper side crunch on an exercise
ball.
