I'm going to make Karachi Burfi
Ingredients required to make Karachi Burfi
Bombay Rava (Semolina), Coconut Powder, Gram Flour, Sugar, Cardamom, Food Color, Ghee
Heat a pan and add 1/2 cup of bombay rava
Once the bombay rava is roasted, take it aside
Roast 1/2 cup of grated dry coconut
Take the roasted coconut aside
Roast 1/2 cup of gram flour and then take it aside
Add 1 1/2 cup of sugar into the pan and add some water to make a sugar syrup
Add the dry roasted coconut into the syrup
Add the roasted bombay rava slowly while constantly stirring
Add the roasted gram flour slowly while constantly stirring
Add the ghee slowly while constantly stirring
Once the burfi is almost complete, add some cardamom powder and mix
Add a pinch of food color (Optional)
Turn off the stove and take it into a plate
Garnish with some cashews
