~A perfect way to make you stand out from the crowd~
(music plays)
If you are a last minute person like me
this video shows you how to make a giant fan to go with your geisha look
all under 5 minutes, and under $3
First, you'll need a giant piece of cardboard
I have just used an old calendar
so I fold a little bit
and flip it over and fold it again
and keep folding it until the whole cardboard is folded
(music plays: take me to far away)
here I'm pressing on it to secure the folds
(music: take all my pains)
now to make the handles
you need a stapler
so decide where you want the handle
and use a stapler to secure the handle
(music: can't belief that I am in love, in love again, huuaa)
you can use ropes if you want, but staples are faster
if you want you can tie a ribbon around the handle
I am not going to use ribbons because I don't have time to get them
For the decorations, you'll need some flowers
I just got these, some flowers, for $2 for a whole bunch
you can just choose some flowers that you like
here I'm going to use some staplers to staple the flowers on
you can use glue if you like, but I'm going to use staples
because you don't have to wait for them to dry, and I have to get out pretty soon
(music: take my tears, my fears, take all my pains,
for which I will repay some day with a kiss and say,
can't belief that I am in love, in love again)
Staples can be dangerous
That's why I am using sticky tape to cover the handle
Just make sure that all the staples are covered
(music: take all my pains, for which I'll repay some day,
with a kiss and sayayaaa)
There you have it, a Geisha fan!
