Hi guys and welcome back to make me up. I am makeup artist Lilly Keys and I am going
to show you how to be showing you how to recreate this gorgeous Audrey Hepburn look today.
[Music]
Okay so I have prepped and primed her skin and now we are going to start on the makeup.
Today I am going to be using this amazing foundation Bourjois Healthy Mix Serum.
This is in shade light beige. Such a gorgeous foundation it is.
I am going to be using my brush from MAC. My airbrush brush because I want to get really
nice even coverage with this classic Audrey Hepburn makeup look we are doing today.
So on to the concealer now. We are going to be using this Estee Lauder double wear maximum
coverage in shade five which is called cream tan.
We are just going to be using this around the eyes and the nose and any other blemishes
that you may have just to even out the complexion even more.
So on to the brows now and as we all know Audrey Heburn had these beautifully filled
in quite thick heavy brows. Umm I am going to be using this product by
Origins. It is called Fill in the Blanks. But I want to build up the color rather than
going on too heavy and making a mistake. So we are going to go lighter first.
It has a really fine point at the end and this is going to be good for drawing in some
quite realistic pencil marks. Because Melinda's brows are really fine I
am going to be taking the color underneath and above.
I am just going to be using short feathery brush strokes in the direction that the hair
grows. So sticking with the brows I am going to be
using an eyebrow pencil from NARS. This one is called Ipanema.
So this is a slightly darker pencil we are going to be going over what we have already
done with a lighter shade. So just in the direction that the hair grows
use the pencil. Short feathery strokes and just build up thickness
of the brow. Okay so onto another brow gel now. This is
a dark umm colored gel brow. It is called Show Off by MAC.
Sometimes if I have too much product on the mascara wand then I do take it off with a
wipe or a tissue so it is not too heavy on the brows.
So I am just going to be using it going over the hairs to make it more realistic. Slightly
darker as well. You can actually use a brow mascara to do
the same thing. But I would definitely wipe off the product before doing it.
Okay so onto the mascara now. I am going to be using this amazing waterproof one by Top
Shop in black. I am just wiggling it at the root and fanning
it out toward the end. Not too heavy but a few good coatings of mascara
is great for this Audrey Hepburn look. So I am just going to be applying this to
the top lashes and not to the bottom. Okay so onto the eyeshadow next and I am going
to be using this eyeshadow by Toast. It is called Bobbi Brown.
This is just a beautiful caramel sort of shade. Very matte. That I am going to put on as a
wash all over the lid. This will just cancel out any redness or imperfections
that you may have on the lid. And just give a really even face color.
Okay so still sticking with the eyes I am not going to be using this cheek color uh
by MAC called Tall but I am using it as an eye color.
Um you can do that same thing. Any bronzer or contouring shade you can also use as an
eye shade. So I am just taking my brush and basically
very lightly I am going to be just defining the eye crease. Just along here on the outer
eyes.
Okay so I am going to be doing the eye liner now and I am using this one called
If you close your eyes and just follow in the natural shape with the eye line and then
take it down like this. Short feathery strokes so you do not make
a mistake. Slean your eye pencil on top of your lashesm
to get really in there.
So I am going to do a little bit of a smoky smudge under the eye now which Audrey Hepburn
has. I am going to be using this dark brown color.
Matte. It is called Brun. It is by MAC. I am going to take my small eyeshadow brush.
It is from Top Shop. And I am just going to give it a little of
the shade underneath for definition. Onto the eyelashes next. I am using these
ones from Eyelure. They are one tens. And I am going to be taking my eyelash glue
and just putting them on the lash line with my cotton bud.
It is a good idea to let these lashes go a bit tacky before you apply them. It makes
it so much easier. So I would give it about thirty seconds.
So with my tweezers I am just clutching the lashes in the middle and I am going to be
placing them on the eye [music]
Just above the lash line. And then I am just making sure the corners are right.
You can use your fingers to really tap the lashes on as well.
Okay so for Audrey Hepburn's lips I am actually going to be using a lip liner.
It is called Sandwash Pink by Bobbi Brown. And I am going to be using this as a lipstick
as well. Just put a little bit of a gloss over it.
So just a nice outline. It is really natural. So as well as outlining the lips I am coloring
in as well. Lastly for the lips I am going to be using
this clear gloss by Number Seven. And I am just going to be putting this in the center
of the lips to give it a little bit of an oomph on the pout.
To contour the cheeks I am going to be using my favorite shade from MAC. It is taupe.
Quite a matte shade. And this is really to give the face some definition.
Audrey had these beautiful high cheekbones so you really want to accentuate that.
Alright guys so to set this makeup look today this lovely light powder skin finish mineralize
by MAC. This is a really great powder because it is
super natural and it does not really sit in the face either. It does not sit in the lines.
So I am just going to be blotting the powder all around the nose center of the forehead
and the chin where most people are likely to get shine.
So here you guys have it. The finished look for today.
I hope you guys have really enjoyed this beautiful vintage sixties Audrey Hepburn look.
