Hi. I'm Jenny Isenman here in fabulous Miami, known for its chic spas,
rejuvenating treatments, hip workouts, and family fun. Today I'll take you
to see a couple Miami Beach must-do's and tell you about some of my
favorite places so you can go native when you visit my city.
I'm here at the uber trendy Standard Hotel doing an amazing alternative
workout, standup paddle boarding, and it's tough. But if you want to amp up
your routine, they'll stick you on a board and throw you in the bay. The
only thing better than this workout is the view.
Now if you've got the kiddos in tow, then Jungle Island is an absolute
must. From adorable orangutans to amazing birds of every feather, to
incredible animal encounters, there is literally something to keep everyone
happy.
South Beach is known for its art deco flair. The best way to see it? On a
Decobike, which you can pick up at one of a hundred solar-powered stations
and drop off somewhere else. That means you never have to make a round
trip. How cool is that?
I'm at the ELLE Spa at the iconic Eden Roc Hotel, which had a 200 million
dollar makeover. Luckily, your mind and body makeover won't cost quite as
much. To de-stress and detox, try the reflexology treatment at the
relaxation lounge, and don't forget to check out the scrub bar and have
them make you up a personalized scrub. Someone may need to carry me out of
here.
For a holistic experience that will make you feel younger, hipper, and
leaner, Exhale Mind and Body Spa at the EPIC Hotel is the place. Not only
did they start the bar class trend, they also offer cutting-edge acu-
rejuvenation, which is acupuncture to turn back the hands of time. Hello,
sign me up.
Now you know a couple places that are so Miami. For more, check out the
