it's been a little while since they did a book or movie reviewer recommendation
Louis I wanna do a double
movie recommendation to documentaries I know this isn't
a new film but I just recently saw Bill Maher's Religulous
it's very entertaining whether or not you are religious
atheist agnostic whatever the case may be the conversations
that Bill Maher has with so-called believers are fascinating if you are a
non-believer you will find them entertaining because of the logic
that Bill Maher injects and if you are a believer
hopefully you will be able to identify the flaws in the logic of the believers
who speak with Bill Maher
and you may be hopefully if you want to continue believing will find
stronger reasoning I guess would be the way I would say it so I think I
encourage everyone to check it out
and also less well-known Louis a documentary called the God who wasn't
their who it include sam Harris
and it's very well done and it really explores
that this story of Jesus is not a unique story when you look at religion if you
look at
the similarities with the story love Diane nicest or horace
orange juice et cetera and the kind of double standard with which
all of those others are considered kind of fairy tales about which
the followers were clearly wrong but today in 2014
at the very similar story of Jesus is seen by many more people
as based in some kind of back it is very very interesting both of them are
streaming on Netflix
and I think that they would be a excellent way to
just you know have something going in the background while you're sitting at
your desk at work or something like that but nope we should tell people watch
movies instead of work but I have seen Religulous and
it is very entertaining so I can agree with you on that one
