Now that the garlic is cut, we're going to take our red pepper and we're going to add
that to our onion, and let that saute, and also going to add our garlic. Now we're waiting
for those to saute, we're going to go ahead and just quickly cut our scallion, and then
we're going to cut our jalapeno. So we're going to just cut the top off and we're going
to cut down the middle. Now this is where all the heat is, in this white rib, and seeds.
So we're going to want the flavor more than the heat, so we're going to clean those out.
And we're going to go ahead and dice them. And then we're going to take our cilantro
and chop it down to get rid of most of the big leaves.
