In your personal and professional life
you have certainly experienced what bad communication is.
You probably also experienced good communication...
So why with some people do we manage to establish it so well?
And with some people it can be such a hard experience?
We say it's chemistry... A sort of alchemy
we can't really explain, reproduce nor master.
Yet better communication means better sales
better customer service, better employee satisfaction
better business, better life.
Can we really improve and learn how to increase that rate, that percentage?
As humans beings we have been communicating for survival long before
we invented words, language
numbers, logic on so on.
Our limbic brain, our primitive brain if you want, is still the primary processing unit
to establish the single most important thing:
TRUST
you may be clever, you may be right, you may be perfect
but I may not trust you.
and that trust doesn't come from what you say
I don't know where it comes from
but I know when I feel it
to survive in tomorrow's business
you need to recover that original survival communication trigger
is not a matter of left or right brain approach
it's a matter to go through the mindsets
and exchange at a deeper level
at a limbic level
A level that overwrites any mindset.
Something that makes our words powerful
Words that make you say:
I may not believe you
I may not understand you
I may not like you
but I trust you
people mostly get trained on what to say
not how to say it
not how to feel it
not how to be it
Only when you are what you say
then there is true communication
when everything seems natural, flowing
Everything is in synch
body, words, ideas, everything is flowing naturally
Organic communication is just that:
It's the no artificial ingredients approach
It's the no pseudoscience
It's the no gimmicks
It's back to the future
It's the return to natural, original, genuine, communication
to help feel and deliver a message in an organic way
beyond usual techniques
if you want your company to move and embrace the next level of communication effectiveness
Get in touch and you'll see, taste and feel the difference.
