Hi I'm Karen for Expert Village now I'm going to show you how to kneed these dough by hand.
When the dough gets to thick to stir but it still needs more flour because it is very
stick. We are going to take out our work surface it is great to have a large cutting board
or clean work surface to work on this one I only use for baking bread and we are going
to dust it with flour and we will turn our dough out on that flour and then we would
start kneading it. Scrap all that out. Get all that dough. Okay now you are just going
to fold it and push it and fold it and push it and just work the flour into the dough.
You could see that it is a little sticky and we are just going to keep adding a little
bit of flour. Just keep rubbing flour on the surface whenever it gets sticky we can just
pull that off and you kneed it and put the flour in slowly. And this is great therapy
you can sit here and push on that dough, it gives you a little exercise on your hands,
it has a nice feeling. Take a little more flour and just keep kneading. If it sticks
to the board just scrap that out add another in squish it and fold it. Use the heel of
your hands for the squishing we are going to keep kneading this for another 10 minutes
it would give you a good workout if you are not use to it.
