I'm Kevin Nashat. I'm an oral maxillofacial surgeon in Raleigh, North Carolina, and I
use Net32. It's sort of like the Cosco or Sam's Club of dentistry really because you’re
in there and you're looking around and you basically have the whole world in front of
you. You can pick and choose like a little kid. This is what it enables my staff to do.
The other thing that my staff keep talking about is this threshold where if you order
a certain amount what happens then is your shipping will become free from these companies.
So if you can reach that level of ordering your shipments are free and free shipping
is always a nice thing. The customer service has been absolutely amazing.
They're always efficient. They pick up the phone and speak to you. It's not one of these
answering services where you, you know, you push this and push that. You get a person
and they talk with you. And so customer service has been absolutely wonderful with Net32.
As far as keeping overhead down and keeping our bottom line low it's very critical and
important to make sure you're spending your money wisely and for us Net32 has helped a
heck of a lot with that. And hey, if you can have the same product at the lowest price
who wouldn't want to get that?
