Hi. This is Leah Schaefer on behalf of Expert Village. Today, we're going to learn how to
make a healthy, vegetarian Lebanese feast. So I'm going to go ahead and drain and rinse
the fava beans. Again, I just used a seven ounce can. We're going to get all that juice
off of there and get the tin flavor off. We're going to rinse them and then shake, if you're
rinsing, to make sure that you rinse them off. Also scoop them around with your hand
and we'll give these a good shake. And we'll set those aside.
