Welcome to AT&T How To videos.
Today we will show you how to use call waiting or 3-Way calling with the BlackBerry® Q10.
To begin, while on an active call, tap Add a Call.
Next, initiate the call with one of the following options.
To choose from your voicemail, tap the pre-assigned "Voice Mail" speed dial icon.
To choose from an assigned number tap speed dial icon.
From the "keypad" tab, enter a contact's name or desired phone number, and then tap.
From the "Contacts" tab, select the desired contact, and then tap the contact number.
Tap Merge calls to create a conference call. Please Note: To put the current call on hold
and resume with the waiting call, tap their call title at the top of the call screen.
Your call will now be connected.
To have a private call and place the remaining callers on hold, while on an active call tap
the Conference Call icon, select the desired caller, and then tap Move.
To drop a caller from the conference call, tap the Conference Call icon, select the desired
caller, and then tap Drop Caller.
Tap End call to disconnect all callers.
To receive a second call also known as call waiting, when a second call is received, select
the desired option:
To answer a call, drag down on the screen to place the current call on hold, and answer
the incoming call.
To reject a call, drag up on the screen to reject the incoming call, and send them to
your voicemail.
