Hi, I’m Rachel for Expert Village. We are going to start with the raisins, I am going
to show you how to soak them, we are going to take raisins, there are two ways actually
to do it. You need to soak them for a night with a, with the liqueur or the wine, whatever
or another way to do it is to boil water and soak the raisins for ten minutes in the boiling
water until they get bigger and softer and then we put them with, in a dish and mix the
water with the liqueur so it won’t be too strong. But if you like, if you like it stronger
you can always use more liqueur or only liqueur and we are just going to let it sit for an
hour in the liqueur water, since I boiled them already, I prepared them already with
the boiling water so it doesn’t, so I don’t have to wait overnight but it gets a better
taste if, a stronger taste if it stays overnight with the liqueur.
