Hi, this is Toby with HMC Electronics. We're going to be taking a look at the Techspray
line of flux removers.
The Techspray E-Line (Economy Flux Remover) is a hydro-carbon based flux remover. It's
fast evaporating, leaves zero residue, is safe on sensitive plastics, and of course
is safe on electronics. It's also proven safe on lead-free working environments.
The economy product, though, is flammable, so you'll want to see if that is acceptable
by your application. If not there are plenty of other choices within the Techspray line.
The Techspray 1631 G3 Flux Remover is Techspray's number-one selling flux remover. It's fast
evaporating, leaves no residue, is non-flammable, and is safe on most plastics (so you will
want to test your plastic for sensitivity/compatibility with this product). It is EPA and SNAP-approved,
and also, as with the other Techspray flux removers, it is perfect for removing lead-free
flux residues.
Precision-V Flux Remover from Techspray. Precision-"V" for Low VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds).
Those of you who are lowering the VOC content in your facility or maybe you're mandated
to lower the VOC content--so those of you perhaps in the aviation field where you have
strict guidelines in that area-- take a look at the Precision-V. It's a very powerful cleaner,
non-flammable, non-O-zone depleting, safe on electronics, safe on most plastics. Definitely
do a test run before rolling it out into your facility. It's EPA and SNAP-approved, and
just as with the other Techspray products, it's an ideal candidate for working in a lead-free
environment.
If you have any questions about the Techspray line of flux removers or anything within the
Techspray line, please feel free to give us a call or drop us an email.
Thanks for watching and happy soldering!
