Hi!
You've maybe seen some makeup tutorials from a youtube guru called Annie
If you haven't then shame on you because se does the most amazing party makeup
And I'm very jealous about her amazing talent (in a good way).
But the point is that we are doing a collaboration video!
If you don't know what a collaboration video means:
We both do a make up look our own style from the same idea.
In this case we do Catwoman and the Joker from Batman.
So if you want to see the Catwoman please click her picture.
And if you wanna see how to do the joker makeup, please continue watching.
And we start with a clean face.
Here I wipe the place where I want the scars with a toner
Next I'm gonna use this scarwax and I apply it with this spatula
This didn't work so well with me
I guess you should take a bigger piece, warm it in your hands and then blend it in your face
But this was my first time and I failed.
I suggest to find a photo of Heath Ledger without the joker make up and look how the scars are made
If you don't want the exact replica then this doesn't matter
And Vaselin is the thing that makes wax blend.
Then I started to do the wound spots. Dip your spatula in vaselin before doing that.
Next you should put some powder over the scars because it sets them.
Next you should do a light layer of white greasepaint
And again some powder to set everything
And if you want some warn out look to this, you should do it now.
You might want to prime your eyes before you do this to give it more intense look
Take some black eyeshadow and start applying it all over your eyelids
All the way to yout eyebrows
I decided to do the version where the black make up has started to warn out up to his forehead
Remember to put it everywhere. Under your eyes, on the lids, browbone..
And I told Ville to make angry expressions so I could go to the wrinkle spots with the black also
I just change my brushes along the way from a pencilbrush to my brow brush
After this I lined his waterline and smudged the bottom lashline.
Also a bit of brown eyeshadow to his wrinkles
Some red lipstick and greasepaint to make his scars look more Joker like
If you want you could spraypaint your hair to make it look green. Be careful if you are blond.
