Hi, this is David for Expert Village and today we are going to make homemade cranberry sauce.
Now our 3rd recipe of our cranberry sauce would be cranberry sauce with raspberry vinegar.
And this time in our sauce pan we want to come 1 1/4 cup of white sugar so just pour
that right in, we got our pan heating already. Set that aside. We want 1/2 cup of raspberry
vinegar, I just would estimate it. This has a great flavor to it so give this a try. So
I'm just sort of figuring it out, if you add a little bit more no problem. Then we want
to add a quarter cup of water and then we would stir this together. And we would put
it under medium heat, at this point we want to dissolve the sugar and the water and the
red wine the raspberry vinegar so just move that around. You will see the sugar start
to dissolve and you can also feel it with your spoon the grit goes away.
