Are you ready to add some arm movements to your juicy back? My name is Karen and this
is Johanna. We're with Hip Expressions Belly dance Studio. And we're going to take our
juicy back undulation movement and add sunrise and sunset arms to it. So remember, our juicy
back, the 1 starts on the pull, right here, so it's, 1,2,3,4, and smooth it out; so, 1,2,3,4;
and, down, 2,3,4; and, down, 2,3,4; and down, 2,3,4; down, 2,3,4; down, 2,3,4; and, 1,2,3,4;
lift, 1,2,3,4; lift, good. Make sure to keep breathing. Make sure your posture stays nice
and in place. Check yourself in the mirror. Make sure everything stays lifted here, the
heel stay down. And, up, 2,3,4; and, pull, 2,3; lift and pull, 2,3; lift and pull, 2,3;
lift and pull. Good. Practice that in the mirror a lot, and you'll get a nice smooth
sunrise, sunset arm, juicy back undulation.
