Hey everybody, Steve Lowell here your Public Speaking Mentor
When do you think the audience starts passing judgement on you when you're the speaker?
The answer is, As soon as they lay their eyeballs on you
and so don't make the mistake of assuming that you have all kinds of time to win the audience over
Your audience will start passing judgement on you the second they see you
So when your name is called and you stand up, and they look all over and see you
that's when it starts. So you wanna make sure that you look good
that you've got the proper expression, the proper energy
and so that when people watch you, when they lay their eyeballs on you.
They get the feelings of "ohh, I like this person"
So remember that, and by the time you'll take the stage,
you will have already won some of your audience over to your side
I'm Steve Lowell your Public Speaking Mentor and i'll be back with some more great public speaking tips
