hello everybody I'm Elizabeth Scarcella and we are in the Go Get Young kitchen today. And what we are going to talk about is ice cream. Doesn't everybody love ice cream? And you might be wondering how can I have ice cream and still
stay healthy and continue to go get young well I'm going to show you how
with only 5 ingredients and 5 minutes we are going to have a delicious sweet treat for anything.
We are going to begin making our ice cream now. It's a very easy process. we begin with a little bit of almond milk. I like the vanilla
unsweetened. and just put a dab of milk in there so that it actually is the
consistency of ice cream.So I don't really know exactly how much that is but just a tad. Next, about six ice cubes. you might
need to add more later but for now, about six ice cubes.All right and we're going to use this protein powder by J. Robb. It's chocolate whey protein powder with
absolutely no sugar. Made with stevia and non-GMO. One scoop. To make it a little bit sweeter I put one dropper of stevia. I used cocoa powder, about a tablespoon. And then I used
a full avocado. or just about. We want the creaminess. The avocado is what gives us
the feeling that we're having dairy when we're really not. We put the lid on and
make sure that the dial is set to frozen desserts on the Vitamix and just
press start. We're going to add a couple more cubes to make sure that the consistency is just like ice cream right
now it's almost like a cold pudding. okay and now we have some delicious ice cream
we're going to scoop this out it's almost like a Wendy's... what's that called? Frosty... frosty. Yes, it's almost like a Wendy's frosty.
