The workshop for the Record "A" qualified us, helped us a lot to make the correct register,
and brought a large growth of records with CPF (SSN). With the Record "A", with the register of the CPF (SSN),
occurred a large and significant reduction of duplicate records in our unit.
Over the months of March and May, 172 face to face workshops were held in the health units
with participation of 2,608 CHAs, health professionals, directors/managers of units
At the end of November 2013, among the 760 Family Health Teams which used electronic medical records,
more than one million valid CPFs (SSNs) without duplicate record had been properly fulfilled
