Are you in need of the perfect management
tool to schedule your Instagram posts?
I am Captain Sue B. Zimmerman.
And today, I am going to share with you my favorite tool where
you can schedule, upload, and edit your Instagram posts.
[MUSIC PLAYING]
I am so excited to teach you about
my favorite online management tool for Instagram.
It's called Post.So.
And here is the bit.ly link right here-- /.PostSo.
Now what you're looking at is the back end of my account
where I actually manage other people's account.
With Post. So, you can manage up to 20 different accounts,
if you want to, which is really great if you're a social media
expert and you have accounts to manage or virtual assistant.
If you just want to try it out for your individual account,
I think that there is a trial membership
that you can definitely check out.
So we have many accounts, as you can see, that we manage.
And what I like so much about this
is that we can invite team members
to also be on the account.
So here, I'll just quickly show you the back end.
So that you can see, you can add team members, very similar
to Pinterest when you add somebody
to a board to help curate content.
So you just add your email here and invite them.
Or you can un-invite them, right here.
That's one of the great features,
especially if you have a lot of team members
that you want to help manage all the different accounts.
So right now, I want to show you how to upload a post
and schedule a post and edit a post.
So right now, I'm in my account, TheInstagramExpert.
And you're simply going to click on Add a Post to add one.
And I queued up an article that I
found that I want to share the image from.
So right here is where you tap to upload
an image or a video file.
Because on Instagram, you can now
upload a 15-second video, which is totally awesome.
And I am going to grab the screenshot, right here,
from the article that I was mentioned in.
I just want to show you so-- I'm going
to go to the article real quick.
So this is an article about 40 different social media experts
that was featured here as a marketing guide, "40 Expert
Social Media Strategies".
And so what I was really excited about is
that I was listed as number 29, I believe.
Right under someone that I admire, Ted Rubin.
So that was pretty cool.
So what I did-- I want to just kind of backtrack for you.
I took a screen shot of this.
Command-Shift-4 And I have my camera on my Mac.
And I just took that picture.
And that's what I just uploaded, right from my desktop,
that I showed you.
So that is uploaded here.
Now once the image is uploaded, this
is actually a new feature that's super exciting in Post.So.
You can edit the image.
So it lets you crop it.
You can custom crop it, square crop it,
use the photo editor-- and then when
you do that, you can go into all these awesome different places
where you can put effects.
You can put a frame around it, apply it.
There's even some really fun different stickers,
that you can check out, to add.
I'm going to add this crown, for sure.
So here's a little crown.
I'm going to put it on my head.
And you can tilt it and move it.
How fun is this?
So you can really jazz up your Instagram posts.
And now I'm going apply it.
You can even pin your Instagrams from here, as well.
So I'm going to apply that here and save it.
And now I'm going to go back to the actual post
where I'm going to write a comment.
So you have 500 characters that you can write for a comment.
And I queued this comment up in my notes on my laptop.
And I'm just going to Command-C it right here, to make it easy.
So this is content from the article that I wanted to share.
And what I always tell my clients,
and customers that I'm coaching how
to use Instagram for business, is
that you want to do a call to action.
Not in every post.
But it's really good to tell people what to do.
So I found that this article was really exciting, lot
of great content, a lot of great experts
here, giving awesome advice.
So I'm telling my followers to tag friends
who would like to learn these social media tips.
So after you write your description,
you can name this location, if you want to GeoTag it.
You can also select the time and date
that you want this to go out.
And then you just simply schedule it.
So you upload your image or your photo.
You edit it.
You add to your comment.
You schedule it, just like that.
And it's going to show up on your Instagram post
when you scheduled it.
Now let's just go back to these connected accounts,
for a minute, because I want to show you
what it looks like when there's some teed up.
So we have a client, a wonderful client, Joe Boudreau,
who is a real estate expert.
And I think we have a couple of posts queued up here.
So I just wanted you to see what this
looks like when there are actually
some posts that are already in queue to go.
So if you wanted to publish it now,
you could, if you decided to change the time.
If you want to edit this post, you can do that right here.
Or you could simply just delete it.
As you can see, this is quite a powerful tool.
I've heard that there are some tools out there that are free.
But quite frankly, you do get what you pay for.
And I know that this works extremely, extremely well.
There's great customer support.
And we've been very pleased with sharing our Instagram posts
through Post.So so that we have our Instagrams ready to go,
every day, to bring awesome content
to the people that we're following
and to the people that we're trying
to attract to become our ideal clients.
I hope that you really enjoyed watching this
and start using it because it's just InstaAmazing.
Did you find this video #InstaAmazing?
Then be sure to subscribe to my YouTube channel
and do all the social share-- Facebook, Twitter.
And my favorite is to take a screenshot of the video
and post it to Instagram.
Be sure to tag me @TheInstagramExpert and
@SueBZimmerman and I'll see that you're following me there.
